This is a fun dress! Pretty black, A Line full circle skirted dress with white collar, v-neck, front button detail at bust, 3/4 sleeves, and side zipper. Size XS has a 24 waist and is 38 in length. Size Small=26 waist. Size Medium=28 waist. Size Large=30 waist. Size XL=32 waist. There is nice stretch to the fabric. Add a crinoline to really give it some oomph!
