What it is: A pencil that gives a lift to the face by highlighting the brow bone and eye area. What it does: Its dual ends feature a matte side and shimmer side for a day-to-night look. The matte side can be used to create a soft highlight while the shimmer end gives your eyes a soft satiny glow.
