The brow builder and conditioning primer can be used with other Arches and Halos brow products to enhance your brows' look, or you can wear it alone for a more natural look. Tonyas Tips: Wash brows, so they clean with no color or residue. Prime brows to add additional texture and grip before adding color products for longer wear. Using the showerhead applicator apply a small amount equally across the brows from base to tip. Allow the primer to fully dry before applying your favorite Arches and Halos brow products over the top to maximize pigment longevity.
