A formulation that is resistant to water, sweat, tears, sebum, and moisture, and does not easily bleed over time. Long effect with 2mm fiber formulation. A double comb that can be applied evenly from the root to the tip of the hair. How to use: Apply with a comb from the root of the eyebrows to the tip of the hair. When using as a mascara base, please layer your mascara after it dries. When using as a top coat, apply your own mascara and then layer this product. For make-off, we recommend using Cezanne's mascara remover.
