This is a Tyler Boe Floral ruffle collared blouse. The front buttons all the the way down like a shirt. The long sleeves also have the ruffle trim around the cuffs and button. There is also a high-low hem and a small pleat right in the middle of the back. It makes the blouse flowey to wear out or in. Very nice and lots of flowers in grey and blues.
