These are great little pull-on shorts for any occasion. They have 3 sections of elastic with a tie accent. The tie is only for decoration not to adjust the waist. There is also a dot hanging lace around the legs and it comes up in the front to look like a panel piece. They are very nice and could be worn for any occasion. On the small, the length of the shorts is 14 inches and the inseam is three inches.
