This is a split neckline top with tassel ties. It looks like dotted Swiss, but the dots are not raised. It is sleeveless and made of 100% rayon. There is also a solid color lining in white. The bottom half of the top front and back is embroidered in navy blue thread in a paisley style. Suggested to dry clean because of the stitching.
