This silky velvet top channels old-world romance with its dramatic statement sleeves and lush victorian florals. The florals are burned out so you will need to wear something black under it. In between the florals is black velvet. There is a flare sleeve about half way down the sleeves. The back measures 25 3/4 inches in the medium. The neck is a v-neck with two buttons you can button or leave open. Hand wash in cold water. The hem is a shirt tail in the back with a scooped look in the front.
