Cant really explain this fabric. Its something one of the Characters is the classic Bladerunner might wear. A mesh fabric that feels like some sort of space age synthetic. In a classic trench style with a pinned collar that can be cut loose if you prefer. This crazy thing has pockets, and a waist tie, Tie closed over the dress or outfit of your choice or wear open as a cool jacket to play up a bright white dress or black. We love it over white and black polka dots.
