Turquoise Touch

Today I wore this sheer shirt with intricate lace detailing. I picked up this shirt at Forever 21 and was instantly amazed by the quality; it definietley looks more expensive than it was. Underneath I wore a black tube top and a black circle skirt...it looks like a slip! I'm the biggest advocate of improvising even when you don't have an item in your closet. I finished the look off with a pair of nude strappy wedges from H&M and a touch of turquoise with this necklace I got in a street fair in the Dominican Republic. I love how it gives the outfit something a little bit extra.
