Finally, I find a good ole rugged military vest to invest in (word play!!!). I've tried a couple of them but just couldn't seem to fine the "one." I found this vest at a local boutique store and love how the insides have adjustable ropes to accentuate the waist, which is what I was looking for. Pairing it with this dainty flower leggings brings the look from edgy to a girly cool outfit.
