The idea of layering with a long dress may seem too much, but Dylana does it right. Her palette of dark blues, black, and a hint of red plus the apparent seam at the waist of her dress make her outerwear work with the dress. Dylana's outfit makes it seem bearable to wear dress in the colder months.
