Layering your Crop Top

Ever since I bought this crop top from Anthropologie I have been wanting to wear it any chance I get! The color is just so vivid but really works with everything. I've considered navy blue to be a neutral along with the usual suspects but not cobalt, until now. Maybe it's the fact that everything in my closet currently works great with the color cobalt or I'm just now realizing it because I now have a cobalt crop top that is versatile and I adore it!
