I've had this painted minidress from Forever 21 in my closet for about 3 years now and never wear it! I rediscovered it recently and realized how bright and fun it is for summer, and paired it with my criss-cross wedges, vintage Gucci bag and some fun jewelry for a casual Saturday with friends. This is also my first outfit post with my short hair - I'm still getting used to seeing photos of me with my new cut!
