Marc & The Mermaid Skirt

I pretty much live in chambray wovens (after years at the Gap), but when I spotted this sleeveless Marc by Marc Jacobs chambray I nearly died. This screams Spring with it's subtle pops of neon and paired nearly perfectly with this neon BCBG mermaid skirt! The skirt is a splurge but the fit is pure luxury!
