IF NAUTICAL NONSENSE BE SOMETHING YOU WISH

I've always quite liked the nautical look, so here is my varient of it: a slightly oversized navy striped t-shirt with rolled up sleeves, a fun pleated navy skort, and sharp pointed white heels (that is wonderfully reminiscent of Alexander Wang's Joan heels, but more so the gorgeous Danica). I couldn't help but add a wee bit of edge via the studded leather wrap watch and faux gauge earrings. Have I mentioned my eternal love for skorts and wide-legged shorts that look like skirts? No need for worry for unintended and embarrassing accidental flashes in that department, as I had reassured my boyfriend when he asked me to be careful while getting out of the car: "Don't worry, I'm wearing a skort!"
