Beating Humidity

it’s been pretty hot and humid here in Chicago these past few days (and really I shouldn’t complain, buuuuuuut…. ), Nothing feels worse than having the need to shower after 5 minutes of being outside. On days that lead to that unbearable sticky feeling, wearing as little clothing as decently possible is my one and only method of beating humidity – that, and at least 5 servings of frozen yogurt.
