Use the spoolie to lightly brush brows into place. 2. Using the rounded-tip brush, apply jelly to any sparse or empty areas of your brow. 3. Using the angled-tip brush, apply powder in the direction of hair growth to define brow shape. 4. Using the angled-tip brush, go over brows with wax, then, using a spoolie, pick up a small amount of product and brush brows to set them in place.
