Oscar de la Renta's Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia traveled to Dubai in preparation for the Fall '19 collection and became inspired by the rich textiles and motifs of the region. Constructed from plush velvet this mini dress has a solid black back portion and a colorful floral front body embroidered with both sequins and thread. A draped side detail is trimmed with a curtain of fringe for added drama.
