In 1968, the original PUMA Basket was launched as a high top, leather basketball shoe. The PUMA Suede was its identical but more casual, low profile, and velvety cousin. It was loved by pros because, once appropriately broken-in, the Suede conformed to the foot and was a metaphorical slam dunk when teamed with a one-piece rubber cupsole with cushioned footbed. This Suede Mid Classic+ falls somewhere between its high top and low profile brethren. It has the same authentic style, but it's re-proportioned with one additional eyelet for good measure. It's stacked high with suede and is ? yet again ? a slam dunk when teamed with trousers tucked into its tongue. Suede upper - very elegant and comfortable. Perforations for added breathability.
