This is a great slip it on sleeveless shell. It could be worn by itself or under a jacket. With a v-neck, it is ruffled around the neck and then the ruffle extends to the side seam along the front. The back just has a simple ruffle at the neck part. The bottom part has a little fullness for a great fit. It is in a dark green. On the small, the back measures 25 inches from the nape to the edge.
