I am so obsessed with peplum. My new high-waisted peplum skirt from Deb is totes cute. It's ridiculously comfortable, too. I gotta say, I'm a fan of high-waisted pieces. They accentuate the small of my waist and draw the eye up thus creating the illusion of a teeny weeny waist and mile-long legs (erm, as mile-long as mine can look).
