The silky looser fit is perfect over leggings or it can be tucked into a slim skirt for a dressier look. Please note that American sizing is one size smaller than the European size. The European small measures 23 from the collar to the hem in front and 27.5 in the back, 20 across the bust, and the sleeves are 23.5.
