Smocking really sets this dress out. There are six lines of it around the front and the back. It is an off-the-shoulder fashion with short sleeves. The end of the sleeves and at the hem are small hot pink pompoms. the bottom half of the dress has flowers of different colors embroidered on it. There are also green zigzag designs at the hem. The front and the back of the dress look the same in style. There are also pockets in the side seams.
