Handmade in the North East of England, made out of a blue and white striped seersucker fabric, this dress is perfect for summer and special occasions. There is a white ribbon around the waist that ties in a bow at the back, and the armholes are decorated with a pretty trim. There is a concealed zip fastening down the center back of the dress. The dress is fully lined with a tulle underlay.
