This is a handcrafted couture black taffeta portrait collar dress. It is five yards of premier taffeta. It comes in at the waist and it cut on a bias (lower in front, longer in back) and comes with a detachable matching sash that can be tied at the waist with a bow. It can be worn with a crinoline underneath for extra poof. Crinoline sold separately. There is a three week turn around period for this piece as each piece is made to order
