Amp up your cat eye and bring on the drama with tarte's line and lash starter set! Kit includes full size double take eyeliner, tarteist PRO cruelty-free lashes in goddess and clear lash adhesive. Formulated without: Parabens, Mineral Oil, Phthalates, Triclosan, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Gluten. To use: Apply double take eyeliner along lash line. Trim lashes to desired width. Apply adhesive along the lash band and let dry for 20 seconds, until tacky. Look down at a mirror, position and gently press the lashes just above your natural lashline. Lashes can be reused!
