Culture is littered with beings of various elemental affiliations throughout history, from thunder gods and water dragons, to earth spirits and fire demons. The element is often so much more important than the rest of the details that while the being or creature's powers often remain similar, their physical form does not. I thought it would be interesting to take this recurring concept in a very literal direction. The result- is that they would all make terrible pets. Don't pet this guy.
