My inspiration for this design was a particular tv show in which a cool green-hooded guy shoots arrows at an equally cool bad guy who wears an orange and black mask. Specifically, I wanted to convey the main theme of the show (the ongoing struggle for control of the city in which it's set) using a two-tone color transition.
