Completely handmade in the United States. This gorgeous marquise shaped London Blue Topaz is bezel set in 18 karat gold plated sterling silver. The gem is then delicately nestled into a hand carved branch, which is cast in sterling silver. Tube bail allows for a delicate slide of the diamond cut cable chain. 17 inches in length and finished with a lobster clasp. This piece is a limited edition, only three pieces total exist in the world.
