Urban Decay found a way to make its Eyeshadow Primer Potion even better and, with revamped packaging that includes an applicator, it looks better, too, and applies with more versatility. Based on customer feedback, Urban Decay also reworked Sin (a shimmer shade), making it more sheer and changed the name to Minor Sin. The paraben-free formula still packs the powers it's famous for-24-hour crease-free wear, vibrant color and smooth application.
