Duomo of Milan

To maximize our first day in Milan, we literally landed and started touring the popular sites in Milan. The first stop was the Duomo (Cathedral in Milan dedicated to St. Mary). I'm always continually impressed with the architecture in Europe. I was actually dressed properly to go instead (since no shorts are allowed), but we didn't have enough time. In terms of outfit choice, I wore leggings and a chambray shirt mostly for comfort on the flight. I was planning to change into something else at the hotel, but was not able to given time constraints. For most of the trip, I used my longchamp bag since I was also able to carry my DSLR camera in there. I'm also super paranoid about theft and pickpockets, so the zipper closure on the bag put my mind at ease.
