The summer season is here -- at least on the racks and in the window displays, but not in the Bay area, of course, and all the flouncy, breezy, lacy dresses everywhere I look are driving me crazy. Fortunately, I found the perfect solution -- big cowboy boots to keep my legs warm, and a thick and cozy but bright colored scarf. Bring on the flowy dresses summer!
