on the fringe

This sweater, the fringy blouse, and the cut-out shoes have been at the top of my dresser for the last couple of weeks; swapping them in and out of different outfits until they came together at last in the most minstrel-y way possible. But my favorite part about this is definitely the hat. I have a really weird head for hats. Most hats look terrible on me. Therefore my policy in life is: when you find a good hat that fits well and doesn’t make your face look gigantic and misshapen – you just gotta break down, and buy that hat.
