I didn’t believe that weekend wear was an actual thing until I started wearing the same thing…every weekend. So my formula: jeans + flats + cotton top. It’s simple enough but considering the range of pieces that fit into this formula, there really is a lot you can do. So for a day of errands, retail therapy, sushi, and ice cream this is what I decided to go with- comfortable, classic, and slightly accidentally mom-ish (nothing says maternal more than loose jeans and a neutral palate). To my fellow Berkeley residents, if you haven’t already spent a sunny Sunday afternoon strolling down College Avenue, please do. It’ll help relieve some of that stress that is life. -BL
